Lunes a Viernes: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / Sábados: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsabilidades Clave
Telemarketing: Realizar un alto volumen de llamadas salientes para prospección y seguimiento.
Atención al Cliente: Procesar pagos, resolver dudas y brindar soporte de calidad.
Soporte Administrativo: Ayudar a nuestros agentes con tareas de pólizas y gestión de datos.
Gestión de CRM: Mantener registros precisos de las interacciones con los clientes.
Requisitos del Puesto
Educación: Certificado/Diploma de Preparatoria.
Idiomas: Español e Inglés fluido
Experiencia: Preferible (pero no obligatoria) en ventas, telemercadeo o call centers.
Habilidades: Actitud positiva, confiabilidad y capacidad de trabajar bajo presión.
Espacio de trabajo: Debe contar con un espacio privado, libre de distracciones y ruidos, y una conexión a internet de alta velocidad estable.
Estructura Salarial (Mensual en MXN)
Ofrecemos un salario base por niveles según desempeño y dominio del idioma, más bonos por resultados:
Salario Mensual
$11,000 MXN a $18,000 MXN

About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing team at SeguroSmart Insurance Solutions LLC. You will be responsible for managing and growing a diverse book of business, including Personal and Commercial lines. This is not just a service role—we are looking for a Closer who thrives on a "strong work ethic" and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
What You’ll Do
Generate & Close: Proactively quote and sell Auto, Homeowners, and Commercial insurance policies using our network of 40+ carriers.
Consultative Sales: Evaluate client needs and provide expert recommendations to ensure they have the right coverage.
Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with clients to ensure high retention and referral rates.
Workflow Excellence: Utilize our CRM (GoHighLevel) and agency management tools to track leads and sales activity accurately.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a high-volume sales environment preferred.
Licensing: Must hold an active California Property & Casualty (P&C) license. (Personal Lines or Life/Health licenses are a plus).
Work Ethic: A "strong work ethic" is non-negotiable. We value punctuality, grit, and a commitment to hitting daily activity goals.
Communication: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant advantage in our market but not required.
Technical Skills: Comfortable with Google Sheets, CRM workflows, and navigating multiple carrier portals simultaneously.
